The Project Manager&nbsp;(Aerospace) Role:
<ul>
<li>Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle from cradle to grave</li>
<li>Implement a robust project delivery plan, including milestones to ensure projects are delivered to the highest of quality, cost effectively and within budget</li>
<li>Lead NPI and Operational Improvement projects</li>
<li>Track, assess and manage the project throughout the entire lifecycle, providing guidance and solutions when required</li>
<li>Liaise with internal and external personnel, including project customers to ensure customer satisfaction at all times and be the primary contact for project enquiries</li>
<li>Form excellent working relationships with internal and external parties</li>
<li>Drive Continuous Improvement throughout the department(s)</li>
<li>Present to Senior Stakeholders and various teams, during project and business reviews</li>
<li>Ensure relevant documentations are maintained, recorded and stored accurately</li>

You&rsquo;ll Need:
<ul>
<li>Prince2 Qualification or equivalent</li>
<li>Previous experience of project management within an engineering or aerospace environment</li>
<li>Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence, lead and motivate a team(s)</li>
<li>Experience of leading NPI projects</li>
<li>Engineering or Scientific qualification(s) would be advantageous</li>
<li>Adopts a methodical and highly organised approach to ensure project milestones are achieved</li>
<li>Able to present to internal and external teams</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint</li>
<li>Analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for operation improvement, addressing problem areas and providing viable solutions</li>

The Operations Manager Role:

<li>Lead, motivate and manage the production team to drive productivity and quality to ensure targets are excelled</li>

<li>This position is based in a manufacturing facility and may require occasional travel to suppliers, customers, or other company locations, therefore a Driving Licence would be highly desirable</li>
