The&nbsp;Production Manager Role:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all manufacturing processes, managing production to ensure efficiency and high quality is achieved, whilst budgets are being worked to</li>
<li>Manage staffing levels, attendance, and absences to maintain efficient production flow.</li>
<li>Lead and motivate the Production team, completing daily shift meetings to set the objectives for the day and ensure targets are being worked to</li>
<li>Ensure the team are being compliant with the quality, health and safety and hygiene standards</li>
<li>Generate and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Also present these to the Senior Leadership team.</li>
<li>Ensure training and development is consistently carried out amongst the teams and new starters are introduced into the department and well equipped to perform their role.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer demands are achieved and efficient and high-quality execution of tool and colour changes.</li>
<li>Complaint resolution with customers, identify root cause analysis and implement corrective action.</li>
<li>Oversee and monitor product quality and operational efficiency across all machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance.</li>
<li>Liaise with Shift Leaders and Quality Teams to minimise waste, manage scrap, and optimise use of barriers and adhesives.</li>

As Production Manager You&rsquo;ll Need:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience of operating as a Production Manager in a manufacturing or engineering setting</li>
<li>Experience of Continuous Improvement, 5S and Lean Principles</li>
<li>Adopts a proactive approach and is able to lead and motivate a team to success</li>
<li>A solution provider who can use initiative to resolve issues as they occur</li>
<li>Project Management experience with the ability to prioritise and work towards milestones</li>
<li>Completed one to ones and training and developing production team(s) to create a positive and competent working environment</li>
<li>ISO 9001 and BRC experience is advantageous.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft packages</li>
<li>Will be required to be on-call due to the nature of the role&nbsp;</li>

The Operations Manager Role:

<li>Lead, motivate and manage the production team to drive productivity and quality to ensure targets are excelled</li>

<li>Complete safety and environmental audits on a regular basis, recording data and providing training where needed</li>
<li>Ensure quality processes and standards are being adhered to and are in line and compliant with the aerospace industry standards and regulations, for example AS9100</li>
<li>Support with implementing new quality control processes to minimise defects and enhance product reliability. Support with Continuous Improvement projects and ensuring employee buy-in</li>
<li>Oversee inventory levels, procurement and supply chain logistics to ensure production flow and to assist with reducing downtime</li>
<li>Support with recruiting, training and performance development with new and existing employees to increase productivity, capabilities and to assist with achieving the company goals</li>
<li>Budget control, analyse financial data, cost reduction and efficiency improvements</li>
<li>Liaise with all internal teams to ensure a smooth transition between departments and customer satisfaction is achieved</li>
<li>Operate as part of the Senior Leadership team, presenting and assist with achieving the business objectives</li>
