Title: Digital Content Creator - Part-time

Salary:  £21,000 per annum (equivalent to £35,000 pro rata for 3 days/week)

Working hours: 3 Days across the week, 8:30am - 4:30pm (flexible on which 3 days)

Location: Whetstone, Leicestershire

 

Our client is seeking a talented and versatile Digital Content Creator to join their dynamic and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging graphic designs, producing compelling content for various social media platforms, and developing high-quality 3D renders for their website. The role requires a creative mindset, technical proficiency in design and 3D software, and the ability to align content with their brand identity and marketing goals.

The Digital Content Creator Role:

Graphic Design:

• Develop visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns, social media posts, website assets, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Create brand-consistent imagery, infographics, banners, and advertisements.

Social Media Content Creation:

• Plan, design, and produce engaging multimedia content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
• Collaborate with the marketing agency to schedule and publish posts, track engagement, and optimise content strategies.
• Write creative captions, hashtags, and calls to action that drive user interaction.

3D Rendering:

• Create realistic and high-quality 3D models and renders to showcase products, concepts, or environments for use on the website and marketing materials.
• Work closely with product and web teams to ensure renders meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.

Collaboration & Project Management:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the marketing projects are delivered in line with company objectives and agreed timeframes
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media tools, and 3D rendering techniques.
• Provide creative input and suggest innovative ideas to enhance brand presence.

 

You’ll Need:

• Project Management experience within a manufacturing setting would be advantageous
• Proven experience as a digital content creator, graphic designer, or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is desirable
• Able to use own initiative and have a proactive approach
• Able to work collaboratively with wider teams and Management
• Confident user of Adobe Suites, Canva and Microsoft Packages
