Title: Internal Sales Executive

Salary:  Dependent on experience

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Location: Narborough, Leicestershire

 

VH Talent is working in partnership with a fantastic organisation to appoint an Internal Sales Executive!

 

This permanent opportunity is immediately available and is joining a friendly team who pride themselves in delivering a first class service to their client-base. If you’re experienced in administration, customer service and ideally have experience of working within a manufacturing setting, we’d love to hear from you!

 

The Internal Sales Executive Role:

• Answer incoming calls, emails and live chat, responding to sales enquiries
• Generating customer quotations, ensuring to accurately record order requirements and measurements
• Process customer orders onto the internal systems
• Liaise with suppliers, couriers and other branches to ensure SLA’s are met
• Handle customer complaints, providing solutions and refunds if required
• Support with other administration tasks as the business requires

 

You’ll Need:

• Customer service skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external personnel via telephone, email and occasionally face to face
• Good administration skills
• Ability to use own initiative to drive tasks to completion
• Attention to detail by ensuring all orders are recorded accurately
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
