Title: Sales/Marketing Coordinator

Salary:  £27,467 - £28,938 per annum

Working hours:  Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm

Location: Enderby, Leicestershire

 

VH Talent is excited to be partnering with a unique manufacturing business to recruit a Sales & Marketing Coordinator.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied and important role at the centre of the sales and marketing function, helping to keep activity aligned, organised and moving forward. You’ll support lead generation, maintain and update promotional materials, and help turn data into clear, useful insights that support decision making.

 

Alongside this, you’ll handle day to day coordination and administrative tasks, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting engagement with prospective customers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience across both sales and marketing in a supportive and collaborative setting, whilst working with a unique product.

• Opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the company, learning the full product range, being aware of new product releases and supporting with sales activity
• Engaging with suppliers, customers and distributors by phone, email and Teams
• Collaboratively working with the Head of Sales, Marketing Officer and cross functionally with internal teams
• Assisting with regular exhibition preparation and at times attending events
• Drive lead generation and engaging with both cold/warm leads and prospective business
• Managing daily/monthly administrative tasks, to ensure the departments run smoothly and cohesively
• Assist with data analysis and generating sales/marketing activity reports
• Assisting to create marketing materials, campaigns and CRM management
• Support with organising meetings, events and promotional activities

 

You’ll need:

• A proactive approach with the ability to use own initiative to drive tasks to completion
• Creative thinker and solution provider
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build excellent working relationships
• IT literate with previous experience of using CRM’s would be advantageous
• Travel may be required at times to attend events/exhibitions, therefore a Full UK Driving Licence is highly desirable
