Title: Sales/Warehouse Administrator

Salary: £26,436.80 per annum

Working hours:  Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm

Location: Enderby, Leicestershire

 

VH Talent is delighted to be working in partnership with our client, a world leader in design, development and manufacturer of specialist equipment. Our truly unique client is seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused, Sales/Warehouse Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team.

The Sales/Warehouse Administrator Role:

  • Primary contact for our client’s customers. Answering all enquiries efficiently, providing a proactive and bespoke service to ensure best customer satisfaction.This could be via email, phone, and online chat
  • Product knowledge and supporting customer sales queries
  • Complete all relevant sales administration in order to process orders and ensure correct information is gathered and recorded 
  • Data entry, using Microsoft Excel to keep records up to date and accurate, along with CRM data input
  • Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
  • Taking card payments over the phone
  • Support internal production team where / when required
  • Liaise with and support other departments as the business requires
  • Stock control and stock ordering. Picking and packing and processing outgoing post
  • Occasionally support with arranging deliveries and installations of products if needed 

 

You’ll Need:

  • Proficient in Microsoft packages is essential, Excel, Word and Outlook 
  • Previous experience of working in an administrative appointment within a manufacturing setting 
  • Ability to build good rapport with customers and suppliers, as well as internal colleagues.
  • Good customer service skills and comfortable with answering incoming calls 
  • Ability to work under pressure and still provide a high standard of service
  • Experience of operating Sage 200 Systems would be advantageous, however not essential 
  • Organised with attention to detail 
  • Ability to diligently follow work procedures and practices
  • Good time management
  • A flexible working approach
